Look for the gaps, look for the pain points, look for the people and/or things that are weighing you down. Consider therapy, life coaching, executive coaching or some form of invested accountability in order to move you in the direction of your desires. You have to intentionally look for ways to create forward momentum. Otherwise, the momentum and track you are on will keep pulling you backwards. You can do this! With the right support system, you can get back to the top of the mountain though it might appear to be a precipitous climb.
